| My time at Mori No Ike was amazing! I can list it as one of the best things that has happened in my entire life. The people I met, the things I did and learned, I will always remember. In fact it inspired me to go to Japan and provided me with the things I need to get into a private school in Osaka. If I hadn't gone to Mori No Ike, I would have never gotten the chance, but I did go, so Osaka, here I come!! Thanks to everyone at Mori No Ike. Keep up the great work. Someday, I might come back as staff! ^^ | |||

| Minasan Konnichiwa, Hello fellow staff Mori-no-ike sensei! I was thinking about Mori-no-ike today and came to me. Have you ever noticed that many of villagers who chose their name as"SHIZUKA" is not so shizuka......? Is there any rationals for this phenomenon? Reunion de aimashoo! | |||

| I was a gakusei in 2002, then came back as staff in 2004 and have looked forward to my yearly sojourn to the Mori ever summer since! It's been one of the greatest things in my life, and I don't know what I would ever do without it, the people there, or the villagers. | |||

| I was a camper at Mori no Ike in 2004 and 2005, after that though I was no longer able to return as a camper. I made the decision to return as kitchen staff. I didn't think that it would be nearly as good being staff but my first day as staff changed that. I love working at Mori no Ike, I've met some of the best people in my life at it and I hope that my involvement in it will not end any time soon. | |||

| One of my favorite memories is my first MVO at Oak Hills. I was overwhelmed by the warmth with which I was welcomed by the other Mori-no-Ike sensei. I remember thinking, "Wow! This is amazing, but it can't possibly always be like this." Yes, it can, and, the friends I made at the village are some of my closest friends even today, almost 20 years later. | |||
